Responsibilities
Develop the enterprise social media strategy across brand, recruiting, thought leadership and commercial objectives
Serve as the subject matter expert on social channel best practices, emerging platforms and algorithm changes
Build executive and employee advocacy programs that increase company visibility and credibility
Translate social listening, engagement trends and audience behavior into actional recommendations for marketing strategy, content development and customer experience improvements
Establish channel-specific content strategies and KPI frameworks
Partner with Segment Marketing and Corporate Communications to identify opportunities for customer storytelling and commercial impact
Provide quarterly recommendations regarding channel mix, investment priorities and content optimization
Manage day-to-day execution and publishing across enterprise social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, X, and PR channels
Responsible for community management guidelines, escalation protocols, social listening and response timing
Write and produce content aligned to brand voice, communications priorities and campaign goals.
Manage social content calendars and posting schedules, and platform-specific optimization, considering both organic and paid media strategies
Ensure all social content aligns with brand and legal/compliance standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field required; equivalent social media management experience and writing portfolio may be considered
4-7 years of social media or digital content experience.
Strong writing skills with a portfolio of published brand content
Experience managing business accounts on major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
Working knowledge of paid social advertising with boosted content
Comfort with social media management and listening tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
Experience with employee advocacy programs, recruiting content and reputation monitoring
Exprerience using social analytics to influence business and content decisions
Experience managing enterprise-level social governance
Travel:
Up to 10%

The pay range for this position is
$64,400.00 to $77,250.00Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
