Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and electrical diagrams
- Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective repairs
- Install, modify, and upgrade machinery and facility systems as required
- Support equipment start-ups, changeovers, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and environmental procedures
- Accurately document maintenance activities in the CMMS or ERP system
- Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and maintenance team members
- Support emergency and off-shift maintenance needs as required
Qualifications:
- Journeyman certification or equivalent combination of training and experience
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and make sound technical decisions
- Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, and automation systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
