In this role, you will work closely with sellers, buyers, and lending institutions, reviewing trust deeds and mortgages to ensure all documents are in order for a smooth transaction. You will also be responsible for overseeing ownership records and obtaining property drawings from assessors. Key Responsibilities:Communicate with sellers, buyers, and lending organizationsManage and transfer funds securelyVerify the accuracy of documents and property ownershipPrepare closing reports and finalize transactionsReview trust deeds, mortgages, and related documentsSummarize and review search activity and property documentsObtain property reports and drawings from assessors and surveyorsVerify property titles and oversee ownership documentationRequirements:Escrow certificationHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious work experienceGreat decision-making skillsExcellent communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of legal codes, executive orders, and court procedures
