About the Role ðŸ’
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own Quad Lock's lifecycle and retention marketing strategy, driving customer retention, repeat purchases and long-term customer value. Working across CRM, customer segmentation and automated lifecycle journeys, you'll use data and customer insights to create personalised experiences that strengthen engagement and maximise lifetime value.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategy, creativity and data to deliver measurable commercial impact.
