We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

 

You’ll be joining a dynamic team that supports the risk business.

As a true advisor you’ll deliver a high quality service to our clients as partner with other internal Marsh and Mercer teams.

You’ll be in contact with a multinational clients portfolio as well as our internal international structure.

 

We will count on you to:

  • Support the management of a portfolio of corporate clients, contributing to strong and long-term client relationships.

  • Help identify and develop new business opportunities within the portfolio and relevant market segments.

  • Prepare and deliver client-facing materials, including presentations, white papers, proposals, and financial analyses.

  • Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, growth areas, and opportunities for expansion.

  • Develop and refine data analyses to support proposals, account planning, and client presentations.

  • Manage escalated issues and client concerns promptly, helping mitigate relationship risks and ensuring appropriate escalation when needed.

  • Provide technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority client relationships to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client counterparts and represent the Company at industry events and conferences.

 

What you need to have:

  • A degree in Economics, Management or similar.

  • At least 4-5 years of experience working with non-life insurances for corporate clients.

  • English and Portuguese language proficiency.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and Excel (mainly).

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
