We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You’ll be joining a dynamic team that supports the risk business.
As a true advisor you’ll deliver a high quality service to our clients as partner with other internal Marsh and Mercer teams.
You’ll be in contact with a multinational clients portfolio as well as our internal international structure.
We will count on you to:
Support the management of a portfolio of corporate clients, contributing to strong and long-term client relationships.
Help identify and develop new business opportunities within the portfolio and relevant market segments.
Prepare and deliver client-facing materials, including presentations, white papers, proposals, and financial analyses.
Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, growth areas, and opportunities for expansion.
Develop and refine data analyses to support proposals, account planning, and client presentations.
Manage escalated issues and client concerns promptly, helping mitigate relationship risks and ensuring appropriate escalation when needed.
Provide technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority client relationships to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with client counterparts and represent the Company at industry events and conferences.
What you need to have:
A degree in Economics, Management or similar.
At least 4-5 years of experience working with non-life insurances for corporate clients.
English and Portuguese language proficiency.
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and Excel (mainly).
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
