For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- +6 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst
- Senior-level Power BI expertise: end-to-end enterprise report architecture, RLS, and workspace governance.
- Master-level DAX and Power Query: evaluation context, time intelligence, performance tuning, and complex M transformations.
- Expert SQL: performance-optimized queries, window functions, CTEs, and complex joins against large relational databases.
- Consultative stakeholder mindset: ability to challenge business requests, define KPIs, and translate ambiguous needs into scalable analytical solutions.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for hybrid model, 2x a week (based in Porto)
- Candidate has to be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
