Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred
Type of Contract: Full-Time | Contractor
Salary Range: USD $2,000–$3,000/month + Commissions

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative with experience in outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification to join our growing team. You will play a key role in managing the top of our sales pipeline, generating qualified opportunities, and maintaining an organized CRM. Your work will directly impact venue bookings and revenue growth for our premier event space in Oakland, California.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to all inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects and scheduling venue tours or discovery calls.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM reactivation campaigns.
- Execute consistent multi-touch follow-up sequences across multiple channels to maximize engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, ensuring all activities and communications are logged.
- Build and segment prospect lists using Apollo or similar platforms, verifying contact data before outreach.
- Collaborate closely with the founders by providing regular pipeline updates and identifying qualified sales opportunities.
- Utilize AI and sales tools to improve efficiency and streamline daily workflows.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, with confidence speaking to U.S.-based prospects.
- Proven experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar outbound sales role.
- Experience with HubSpot or another modern CRM, including managing pipelines, sequences, and prospect records.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience executing outbound sales campaigns through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the events, hospitality, or venue industry.
- Experience using Instantly, Apollo, NeverBounce, or similar outbound sales tools.
- Familiarity with multi-touch B2B sales cycles and lead qualification.
- Comfortable following structured sales processes while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve sales productivity.
