- Classroom management.
- Responsibilities include setting goals, evaluating performance, developing outcomes and use program and client outcomes data to improve services delivered to the children and families served.
- Prepare an Individualized education program for each student.
- Assess each student in reading, math science social studies and other subject areas.
- Prepare daily and longer-term lesson plans in accordance with curriculum and state guidelines.
- Teach the full range of learning areas: English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, etc.
- Use computers to assist in lesson preparation, teaching and reporting.
- Develop and maintain good working habits and discipline in classrooms.
- Supervise students during classes and at other times in the school day, including lunch breaks.
- Attend staff meetings and other training and development sessions.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress in written and oral work.
- Other duties as needed.
Required:
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Relevant teaching experience in grades 9 through 12.
- Flexible and team-oriented.

- Job Types: Full-time, Contract.
- $18 to $24 per hour.

Experience:
- 6 months to 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
