Job Description:
JOB DUTIES:
• Provide park information and related services to visitors by phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Oversee permit sales and camping reservations.
• Perform office duties such as deposits, processing invoice and purchase logs, creating financial reports, record-keeping, etc.
• Lead, supervise, and train seasonal kiosk staff.
• Maintain accurate financial records, cash handling, reports, and other procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Support park staff and events with other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training in administrative/office support functions, procedures, and methods including the operation of personal computers and office equipment; or areas related to the programs and functions of the employing agency. OR Experience in customer service or public contact; or applying criteria/regulations; and/or performing administrative/office/secretarial support work including use of personal computers and office equipment.
Other: Driver's license is required.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and the public to exchange information and establish working relationships.
- File, maintain, and retrieve records using established computer systems, handle multiple tasks, and operate computer, reservation, and POS systems.
- Train staff in park office policies and procedures.
- Ability to be flexible with hours and work weekends and holidays.
