Pay: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour, depending on experience
Job type: Temp to perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.30pm
About the Role
We are recruiting an Assembly Operative on behalf of our client, a bespoke security solutions business based in Biggleswade. This is a temp to perm, full-time role offering steady weekday hours and the opportunity to learn new skills in a specialist manufacturing environment. No previous assembly experience is required, as full training will be provided.
This role may also suit candidates searching for roles such as Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Assembly Technician, Workshop Assistant, or individuals with transferable skills from light manufacturing, electronics, engineering, or hands-on warehouse roles.
