Client Accountant – Management & Statutory Accounts | Cheltenham | up to £50,000

 

Working Pattern: Full-time, hybrid after probation

 

The Role

 

My client is looking for an experienced Client Accountant to join their team and take responsibility for delivering high-quality accounting services across a portfolio of clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

This is a hands-on accounting role, with a strong focus on preparing management accounts, statutory accounts and annual financial statements. You’ll also be involved in reconciliations, regulatory reporting, cash management, journals, payments and audit support, while building strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

 

Your profile

 

• Is qualified or qualified by experience.
• Has solid experience preparing management accounts.
• Has experience preparing statutory accounts and annual financial statements.
• Has strong technical accounting knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
• Is comfortable managing multiple clients and competing deadlines.
• Has strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Can work independently while being a supportive team player.
• Has strong Excel skills.
