What You Will Do:
Coordinate and prioritize scheduling activities for the Field Service team to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Serve as a key point of communication regarding personal coverage, call handling, response times, and service protocols.
Support onboarding and training efforts by coordinating with HSE and Training departments for new employees.
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and supporting documentation for field service operations.
Assist with administrative projects and other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Field Service team.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, including the ability to communicate information effectively and provide guidance when needed.
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of industrial safety practices.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
Basic mathematical skills.
Ability to execute strategies and support departmental initiatives.
Ability to prioritize work, determine goals and objectives, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and other business software used for communication, reporting, and data management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work extended hours, including more than 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week, as business needs require.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Commitment to following all company and safety policies, promoting safe work behaviors, and proactively addressing unsafe conditions.

Physical Demands:
Frequent use of computers, keyboards, and office equipment
Typing, data entry, and document preparation
Communicating effectively in person, by telephone, and via electronic communication
Occasional lifting of office materials and supplies
Preferred Qualifications:
Two or more years of coordinator support or coordination experience.
Experience supporting field operations, service organizations, or customer-facing teams.
Experience preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documentation.
