Inside Sales Representative

Guardian Tax | Chandler, AZ | Full-Time | In-Office

Guardian Tax is expanding our Chandler sales team and looking for motivated Sales Representatives who are driven by results and ready to build a successful career in sales.

In this role, you'll work with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax-related challenges. You'll work exclusively with qualified inbound leads—no cold calling required. Your focus will be on understanding each individual's situation, presenting solutions, and guiding them through the sales process.

What You'll Do

• Speak with individuals seeking assistance with tax-related concerns
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
• Ask the right questions to understand each individual's unique situation
• Present solutions clearly and professionally
• Handle objections and confidently close deals
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of phone sales experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence handling objections and closing deals
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment

Schedule & Location

Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Office)

Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday shift per month
