Here’s where you come in.
- Own the development of media plans across assigned accounts, translating client briefs and strategic direction from the Associate Media Director into clear channel, audience, budget and campaign recommendations.
- Present and articulate media plans and recommendations to clients, with support from the Associate Media Director where needed.
- Own day-to-day client and account management across multiple brands, campaigns, budgets and timelines.
- Brief and guide the Senior Media Analyst on campaign setup and execution, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
- Review campaign pacing, performance and optimization recommendations with the Senior Media Analyst, providing direction on next actions.
- Own media budget management and ensure spend is accurately planned, tracked and reconciled across campaigns.
- Review reporting and insights, turning campaign performance into clear learnings and actionable recommendations for clients.
- Manage the Senior Media Analyst’s day-to-day priorities, review output and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Apply strong commercial and media judgment to turn campaign performance, budget constraints and client priorities into clear recommendations and next actions.
- Identify campaign risks, dependencies or delays early and proactively recommend solutions or escalate when required.
- Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Analytics, Production, Finance and other internal teams to deliver integrated client work.
- Manage relationships with platforms, publishers, retailers and external media partners.
- Stay current on media trends, platform developments and new opportunities relevant to client business.
Your Experience and “Nice To Haves”
- 4+ years of relevant media experience, preferably within a media or advertising agency.
- Strong paid media experience with hands-on knowledge of Meta, TikTok and Google.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and the role of media across the consumer journey, from awareness through to conversion.
- Proven ability to develop media plans from a client brief, including audience, channel, budget, KPI and measurement recommendations.
- Fluent in both Thai and English, written and spoken, with strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of campaign performance, optimization, reporting and measurement.
- Ability to independently manage multiple brands, budgets, timelines and stakeholders.
- Experience managing, mentoring or guiding junior team members.
- Strong commercial thinking and ability to connect media performance with broader client and business objectives.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving and attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues early and recommend solutions.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
