The Source is LSEG’s strategic sales enablement platform, empowering Sales and Account Management teams with fast, seamless access to trusted product, data, and process information. By bringing together curated, high-quality content in one place, The Source Team help SAM work more efficiently, engage customers with confidence, and drive better business outcomes.
ROLE SUMMARY:
This role sits within The Source team, the group responsible for shaping the future of the platform. Beyond ensuring exceptional content governance and management, the team continuously evolves the user experience through innovative features, enhanced functionality, and AI-driven capabilities. Joining the team offers the opportunity to influence a business-critical platform used across the organisation, working at the intersection of enablement, technology, content strategy, and digital transformation.
This exciting opening within the broader Revenue Enablement Team affords a unique opportunity to provide broad exposure across LSEG’s business. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with a broad spectrum of content creators from all divisions of our business to support our sales and marketing function and enjoy administrative work together with compiling insightful usage reports for supported systems which will guide the future development of sales and marketing collateral. This person will be an administrator of the Sales Enablement Platform at LSEG called The Source.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Processing tickets for adding, removing and changing content on the platform
- Checking that contributors have correctly followed relevant submission processes
- Responding to contributor and user queries, performing basic troubleshooting in needed
- Performing platform testing during enhancement and development phases
- Performing regular governance checks such as the bi-annual content audits; monthly content reviews; transferring assets to new contributors; page reviews and contact mapping
- Providing demos and training to frontline users and content contributors
- Fulfilling basic reporting requests
- Performing regular data cleanses
- Making basic page (HTML code) changes
- Occasionally providing CMS user access training
- Proposal Content tool administration
- Working closely with SMEs to add, update and review proposal content
- Creating basic content for proposals
- Working with and creating trusted relationships with stakeholders across different various business functions and time zones
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) (nice to have but not required)
- Experience in content management and governance processes (nice to have but not required)
- Experience with data cleansing and ticket processing
- Ability to work with a wide variety of business functions and people of multiple levels of seniority
- Ability to run demos and training for users and stakeholders to explain the features and processes of the platform
- Ability to work with SMEs to add new, update and review content
- Nice to have but not required – basic understanding of financial industry, some basic HTML coding knowledge and technical troubleshooting experience
- Experience with MS Excel and basic formulas e.g. vlookup

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 90,600 zł - 136,000 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.Benefits Information:
