About the Company

Our client is a growing custom products company specializing in high-quality custom pins, medals, coins, and branded merchandise. They work with businesses, schools, organizations, and events across the U.S. to turn ideas into custom products through a consultative, service-driven sales process.

As the company continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Representative to join the team and help convert incoming interest into long-term customer relationships.

About the Role

This is a customer-focused inbound sales role for someone who enjoys understanding client needs, presenting the right solution, and guiding customers through the buying process from first inquiry to confirmed order.

You will manage inbound leads across multiple channels, prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to ensure each customer receives a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads through email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Understand each customer’s needs and recommend the most suitable custom product solution.
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
• Guide prospects through the full sales process, from initial inquiry through order confirmation.
• Follow up consistently on open quotes and opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive and consultative communication.
• Maintain accurate notes, pipeline updates, and customer information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and positive customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or another customer-facing sales role.
• Fluent or near-native English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple customer conversations and opportunities at the same time.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong follow-up habits and ability to take ownership of a sales pipeline.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling custom products, promotional products, branded merchandise, printing, or similar solutions.
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based customers.
• Experience preparing quotes or managing order-based sales processes.
