You find real satisfaction in turning raw data into decisions that matter — you can look at a spreadsheet of fuel consumption or lifecycle costs and see the story behind the numbers. You're comfortable being the go-to person for a complex system, confident administering software, training users, and troubleshooting data issues without missing a beat. You think independently and forward, translating research and analysis into clear recommendations that hold up in front of department leaders. And you thrive working cross-functionally, whether you're coordinating a vehicle purchase with a department head or building a KPI report from scratch.
At Team Gilbert, we hire innovative, forward-thinking problem-solvers who love what they do! In addition to possessing the ability to live out our core and functional values daily, candidates must possess the following requirements:

Alternatively, candidates may qualify with six years of professional experience in Fleet, logistics, data analysis, asset management, procurement, or transportation management within the public sector.
