Make your impact
As our Service Administrator, you will be the backbone of the Service Centre, providing essential support across SHEQ compliance, project coordination, SAP administration, and day-to-day operations. Working closely with the Service Centre Manager, workshop, and sales teams, you'll ensure accurate documentation, efficient workflows, successful project delivery, and a high standard of operational compliance.

What you’ll do

• Maintain and continuously improve the Service Centre SHEQ Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and internal/external standards.

• Coordinate SHEQ compliance activities, audits, documentation control, and ongoing monitoring of compliance programs.

• Manage Service Centre administration, including maintenance planning databases, testing and tagging records, financial reporting, and supplier/subcontractor relationships.

• Lead procurement activities through Coupa, including purchase requisitions, purchase order expediting, and support for continuous improvement initiatives.

• Administer SAP systems and data management processes, generating reports and overseeing job tracking from initiation through to completion.

• Coordinate training and workforce administration, including onboarding, training records in Workday, external training bookings, cross-training matrices, and general office management support.

What you’ll bring

• Experience working in a similar position with demonstrated experience in SHEQ or Management Systems administration within industrial, manufacturing, or service environments.

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Standards, compliance requirements, and documentation control.

• Experience in SAP and Coupa  is desirable

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate record keeping, reporting, and compliance documentation.

• Experience supporting internal and external audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and business process standardisation.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate training, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, and provide cross-functional support in a fast-paced environment.
