Continental Cars Ferrari is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Administrator to support our busy Service team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient administrative support.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring every service journey is seamless, professional, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Based in Ellerslie and reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Schedule service bookings and manage customer enquiries.
• Prepare and process service documentation, repair orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Conduct pre- and post-service customer follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within Salesforce.
• Liaise with customers regarding service progress and updates.
• Monitor shared service inboxes and coordinate appointments.
• Process payments and assist with account follow-up as required.
• Support the Service team with general administration and reporting activities.

What You'll Bring

• Previous administration or customer service experience, ideally within a service-based environment.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce (advantageous).
• A proactive approach, positive attitude, and willingness to support the wider team.
• The ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
