Description
About You
You're a hands-on accountant who takes ownership. You're comfortable running the full bookkeeping cycle independently, not just executing tasks handed to you — from bank reconciliations to intercompany entries to preparing data for auditors. You know German GAAP (HGB) and GoBD requirements inside out, and you're excited (not intimidated) by the idea of helping migrate our accounting from DATEV to NetSuite. You're fluent in German and English, detail-oriented, comfortable with deadlines, and you like being the person who keeps the numbers clean and close on schedule. If you want real ownership over the accounting function for a growing international entity — this role is for you.

About the Role
Xsolla Berlin GmbH is looking for an experienced Accountant to take full ownership of bookkeeping and financial accounting for our German entity. This is an in-house position with end-to-end responsibility for running the company's day-to-day accounting — maintaining accurate books in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and GoBD requirements, owning month-end close, and ensuring smooth intercompany accounting within a multinational group structure.
