Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, streamline workflows, and maintain efficient administrative processes.
- Supervise, train, and support administrative staff.
- Coordinate office technology, equipment, telecommunications, and facility maintenance needs.
- Manage petty cash, bank deposits, credit card reconciliations, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and vendor services while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Support program operations, grant-related requests, and agency-wide administrative needs.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Maintain personnel records and ensure timely processing of employment, licensing, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor employee training requirements, leave requests, accommodations, and return-to-work statuses.
- Serve as a primary HR resource for employees regarding policies, benefits, workplace concerns, and employee relations matters.
- Partner with leadership and Human Resources on investigations, performance management, corrective actions, and employee transitions.
- Coordinate safety meetings, workplace inspections, disaster preparedness activities, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Support licensing compliance, agency audits, CARF reviews, and external inspections.
- Manage company vehicle records, maintenance tracking, and reporting of workplace injuries and vehicle accidents.
- Assist with office relocations, operational transitions, and agency events.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and provide administrative support to division leadership.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.

Compensation and Benefit Package: This is an hourly, non-exempt position and starting pay will be dependent on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and budget considerations. The salary range for this position is $25.00-$27.00 per hour.
