Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Urdorf (Schweiz) suchen wir einen engagierten und zuverlässigen Operational Buyer (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

Einkauf und Beschaffung

• Operative Beschaffung von Paint- und Non-Paint-Artikeln bei Herstellern und Lieferanten
• Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit
• Bearbeitung und Verfolgung von Bestellungen, Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferungen
• Abstimmung mit Lieferanten bei Terminabweichungen oder Lieferengpässen
• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Lagerbeständen und Bestellmengen
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern aus Vertrieb, Lager und Supply Chain
• Rechnungskontrolle und Klärung mit Lieferanten bei Differenzen

Stammdatenmanagement

• Anlage, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Artikelstammdaten im ERP-System Odoo
• Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Datenkonsistenz
• Pflege von Produkt-, Preis- und Lieferanteninformationen
• Unterstützung bei Prozessverbesserungen im Bereich Stammdatenmanageme

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf, der Beschaffung oder Supply Chain von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen; Kenntnisse in Odoo sind von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Gutes Organisations- und Koordinationsvermögen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
• Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Englisch sind von Vorteil
