Prophet Homes is a growing real estate investment company specializing in off-market residential real estate. Our teams work together across multiple markets to identify, acquire, manage, and sell investment properties while creating a streamlined experience from contract through closing.

 

 

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized, proactive Transaction Coordinator to join our Transaction Coordination team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

 

The Opportunity

The Transaction Coordinator plays an important role in keeping our real estate transactions organized and moving forward from contract through closing.

 

This is a high-volume transaction environment, with files primarily consisting of wholesale, off-market, and investment real estate transactions rather than traditional residential transactions. Our Transaction Coordinators may have numerous active files moving through different stages at the same time, so organization, urgency, communication, and attention to detail are critical.

 

A real estate license is not required for this role, although previous real estate experience and/or an active real estate license are preferred.

 

We're looking for someone local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area who is comfortable managing a significant transaction pipeline and communicating effectively with agents, title companies, buyers, sellers, and internal teams.

 

What You'll Do

- Coordinate a high volume of real estate transaction files from executed contract through closing

- Work primarily with wholesale, off-market, and investment real estate transactions

- Manage numerous active transactions, deadlines, and closing timelines simultaneously

- Review transaction documents for completeness, accuracy, and required signatures

- Track important dates, deposits, title/escrow milestones, and scheduled closings

- Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, title companies, and internal departments

- Maintain organized and accurate electronic transaction files

- Follow up on missing documents, signatures, approvals, and outstanding action items

- Provide regular updates on transaction status and upcoming deadlines

- Assist in identifying potential issues that could delay or prevent a closing

- Communicate changes or concerns quickly to the appropriate team members

- Adapt to changing priorities and accelerated closing timelines

- Support transaction-related administrative and operational needs

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of previous transaction coordination, real estate, or related administrative experience strongly preferred

- Real estate license is preferred but not required

- Previous California Transaction Coordinator experience is preferred but not required

- Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

- Experience with wholesale, investment, off-market, or investor-focused real estate transactions is a strong plus

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage numerous transactions, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously

- Comfortable following up with multiple parties to keep transactions moving

- Ability to work collaboratively with agents and internal departments

- Comfortable learning new technology and transaction management systems

Work Environment

- Must be local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area

- Must be located in the United States and authorized to work

- Schedule: Hybrid, Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CT
