Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing and cooking dishes from fresh ingredients to consistently high standards
• Supporting your section throughout preparation and busy services
• Working across different areas of the hotel’s extensive kitchen operation
• Developing your skills across both à la carte and banqueting environments
• Working closely with senior chefs and the wider brigade to ensure smooth, efficient services

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience within a quality à la carte restaurant, hotel or banqueting kitchen
• Has a good understanding of classic cooking techniques and fresh food preparation
• Is comfortable working at pace during busy services
