Description
The Global Talent Management Lead drives the execution of enterprise-wide talent strategies through consistent, high-quality talent management processes and practices.
Why This Role Matters
Oversees the governance, operation, and continuous improvement of core talent programs, ensuring clear standards, effective tools, and system enablement across the organization.
Manages the annual talent management cycle while collaborating closely with other Talent Management Leads to promote global alignment while supporting local business needs and flexibility.
Plays a critical part in delivering a cohesive and scalable talent management experience across the enterprise.
What You Will Do
Ensures consistent, scalable talent practices globally by leading the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of core talent processes, enabling aligned workforce decisions while balancing global standards with local business needs.
Drives data-informed talent decisions through assessment, listening, and analytics programs that provide leaders with actionable insights on performance, potential, succession, and organizational effectiveness.
Builds organizational talent capability by developing tools, training, and resources that equip HR partners, managers, and employees to effectively engage in talent management and development practices.
Enables successful talent transformation and adoption by leading global projects, stakeholder coordination, change management, and communications that strengthen execution, improve employee experiences, and deliver measurable business impact
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Talent Management or Human Resources, including success leading global talent initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, assessments, and talent analytics.
Demonstrated expertise in talent management and organizational development practices, with strong business acumen, consulting skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with statistics, psychometric assessments, HR metrics, and data interpretation, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable business decisions and drive adoption through effective communication and change management.
