Additionally, the role includes engaging in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent and support business objectives, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to meet evolving demands across the organization.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather insights and foster alignment among stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business process architecture and integration.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong expertise in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive user and task analysis to inform process design.
- Familiarity with change management principles to support smooth adoption of new processes.
- Skilled in identifying process improvement opportunities and driving continuous optimization initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
