The Wellington Hospital is the UK's largest private hospital and one of HCA UK's flagship sites, providing outstanding care across a wide range of specialties. Our Medical & Surgical Ward is a 14-bed inpatient ward, caring for patients with a variety of acute and complex medical conditions including general medical, respiratory, renal and heart failure.

As a Healthcare Assistant in the Medical & Surgical Ward, you'll play an important role in supporting patients and the wider nursing team throughout the inpatient journey. You'll assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, observations and other day-to-day patient needs while helping to maintain a safe, comfortable and supportive ward environment. Working closely with nurses and the multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to delivering an exceptional patient experience and the highest standards of compassionate care.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant within an acute hospital environment.
• Experience supporting patients within a medical and/or surgical ward setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
