Description
Kettle is a team of passionate, fearless creatives focused on delivering great products, redefining best practices, and providing new opportunities for our clients.
We are looking for Associate Producers to assist with the day-to-day production and end-to-end execution of medium- to large-scale digital website projects for one of our largest clients, a leading Bay Area–based technology company. In this role, you will coordinate project tasks, manage timelines, and organize resources to ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative and technical standards. You will play a key role in supporting the production team, facilitating smooth communication between internal teams and clients to ensure projects stay on track and expectations are met.
At key moments throughout the year, this role requires working onsite 5 days per week for approximately 4 months at a time to support high-profile product launches and other milestone initiatives. Outside of these periods, the team works remotely.
Candidates should have:
- 1-3+ years of experience in digital project management or production, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing department
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast-paced, dynamic project environments
We’d like to know that you can:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Support the coordination of cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and strategy, to ensure project objectives are met
- Participate in client meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring action items are clearly defined
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items to support the execution of project tasks
- Assist in developing key project documentation, including briefs, schedules, and process guidelines
- Assist in tracking project budgets and timelines, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to deadlines
- Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to ensure all deliverables incorporate the brand's feedback and meet expectations
The target range of base compensation for this role is $65,000 - 90,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
