Description
Role Overview:
This position is responsible for handling a variety of duties and responsibilities involved in the coordination of installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
- Responsible to coordinate customer installation tasks and resources to ensure installations are completed on-time, on-budget, and to a high-level of client satisfaction.
- Ability to negotiate with various technicians to bid installations at or below budget.
- Responsible for communicating with customers and technicians to track and manage the progress and/or problems for each installation.
- Responsible to update internal systems in a timely fashion to ensure pertinent information is captured for future access.
- Ability to work with Sales, Service and other departments professionally to ensure customer satisfaction as it relates to the installation process.
- Responsible to provide reports in a timely fashion.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 5 years of customer service experience, or equivalent experience.
- Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented and proficient in MS applications.
Work Requirements:
Position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of telephone and PC exposure. Must have ability to interact professionally with varying personalities and all levels within the organization.
