Summary of Job Duties:
Your attention to detail can help tell the story of behavioral health care across 36 clinics. Join UAMS Emergency Medicine Administration as a Program Coordinator, working with the Program Director and Program Evaluator to coordinate data collection across UAMS and two federally qualified health center (FQHC) partners. You’ll help ensure information is accurate, meet the funding agency’s evaluation and reporting requirements, and prepare reports for executive committee review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or a related field OR a high school diploma plus four (4) years of project coordination or administrative support experience.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, grant management experience, and previous survey work.
- Knowledge of Workday business processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the ability to create charts and graphs.
- Ability to learn additional programs as needed, including Dropbox, Workday, and REDCap.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, listening, comprehension, and editing skills.
- Excellent accuracy, time management, and the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple programs, adapt to changes, and maintain collaborative relationships.

Reponsibilities:
- Gather information from 15 UAMS primary care clinics, 14 Boston Mountain Rural Health Center clinics, and 7 East Arkansas Family Medical Center clinics.
- Collect, enter, and analyze project data, including a multi-page survey completed at least twice for every person receiving care from the behavioral health case managers and/or behavioral health professionals hired for this project.
- Ensure all required data are entered into the SAMHSA SPARS database and coordinate reports for executive committee review.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
