Graphic Design Specialist

We're looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to join the Marketing team at H-FARM College: someone curious, dynamic and hands-on, ready to take ownership of the design area and help shape the evolution of our visual identity.

There's plenty of space to bring ideas, share references and challenge what we do. We believe in discussion: we talk it through, decide on a direction together, then work together to make it real. We care about quality, and just as much about getting good work done, on time and with purpose.

YOUR PLACE IN THE TEAM

You report directly to the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager and work closely with the other specialists on the team (Social Media, Photo/Video, Content). You're the main point of reference for design, with full ownership of your area, in a collaborative structure where everyone has clear responsibilities and we support each other.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

80% — Design & Creative

The core of the role: visual communication for H-FARM College across digital and physical touchpoints.

• Brochures, flyers, folders and marketing materials
• Website, digital assets, social content and creatives
• Graphic support for video content and productions
• Online and offline advertising campaigns
• Creative direction for photo/video shoots, with internal teams and external partners
• Contributing to the evolution of our creative direction and to visual consistency across channels
• Following physical productions and branded materials from concept to delivery

We're looking for someone who doesn't just execute requests, but develops a real understanding of the brand and takes ownership of how it comes to life visually.

15% — Ownership & Operations

Design doesn't end when the file is exported.

• Finding and coordinating suppliers and production partners
• Requesting and comparing quotations
• Coordinating the production of printed and physical materials
• Keeping files and assets organized, managing your own priorities and agenda

No micromanagement: we prefer to give trust, autonomy and responsibility.

5% — We help each other

We're a small, dynamic team, so every now and then we lend a hand. That might mean preparing Welcome Kits, helping set up an event or supporting a production. Everyone has their role, but great teams are built by people happy to help each other.

• Full autonomy with design tools — particularly Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma: you can turn an idea into a finished asset independently
• Curiosity — you explore, test and learn new tools and technologies, including AI
• Portfolio — show us your work: we care about the thinking behind it as much as the output
• Empathy and openness to feedback — you can give and receive direct, constructive feedback without taking it personally

YOU'LL FEEL AT HOME IF YOU

• Have strong design skills and a sharp eye for typography, composition and visual consistency
• Are comfortable across digital and physical formats
• Can translate a creative direction into concrete execution
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Know when work needs another round and when it's ready to go
• Enjoy working with people and seeing ideas turn into real things
