The Position:
- Assisting customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Able to approach any customer that arrives at Hyundai
- Have the ability to grow your customer base.
- Ability to meet or exceed personal and company sales goals.
- Able to explain all of the features of the vehicle to the customers at the time of sale and to provide any follow-up that is needed for the customer.
- Stay current on all new products, features, and accessories so that they can be shared with the customer.
- Works with the service department to ensure smooth communications during service visits.
- Ability to put together a weekly plan to stay on track with your goals.
- Follow up on leads and prospects, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a drive to succeed.
- Candidate must complete a background check and drug screening.
- Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license
