Description
CDP Solutions has been retained to identify a Plant Manager for a complex manufacturing site located in the greater Toledo, OH market. The Plant Manager will oversee 100 total employees both directly and indirectly and have responsibility for all of maintenance, quality, EHS, etc within the site. This organization is looking for someone with prior experience leading & developing individuals within a manufacturing facility along with strong communication and people development skills.
Compensation
Our client offers a competitive base compensation plus a bonus opportunity. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.
Base Salary: $200,000 - $225,000
Targeted Bonus: $40,000 - $50,000
Total Compensation: $240,000 - $275,000
Additional compensation perks
Relocation: Will support relocation to the market
