HRIS Analyst – Workday
Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join their HRIS team and play a key role in the ongoing evolution and optimization of their Workday environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with stakeholders and finding ways to improve HR systems and processes. You’ll act as a Workday subject matter expert, supporting a global user base while ensuring system functionality, data accuracy and a positive user experience.
What You'll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend scalable Workday solutions
- Perform hands-on Workday configuration, testing and documentation
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide day-to-day support
- Manage data uploads and EIBs
- Develop dashboards and advanced, matrix and composite reports
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes using Workday capabilities
- Stay current with Workday releases, features and best practices
- Create process documentation, training materials and deliver system training
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of strong hands-on Workday configuration experience
- Experience configuring 3 or more Workday modules, including areas such as:
- Integrations
- Core HCM
- Absence & Time Off
- Advanced Compensation
- Recruitment
- Reporting
- Security
- Talent
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to explain technical concepts in practical, easy-to-understand terms
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Solid understanding of HR processes and concepts
- Collaborative, customer-focused and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office approximately once per month. The remainder of the role is largely remote.
