Major Accountabilities
Manage general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, accruals, provisions, and other balance sheet accounts.
Support tax filings, statutory reporting, internal/external audits, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies.
Analyze financial data, identify variances or accounting issues, and support corrective actions.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational company.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Business-level English communication skills preferred.
