The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.

## The impact you’ll make

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intern to support various business functions across the organization. This internship provides hands-on exposure to business operations, data analysis, project coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience working in a dynamic corporate environment while contributing to key business initiatives.

## What you’ll do

• Support day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.

• Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.

• Conduct research and gather information to support business projects and decision-making.

• Maintain and organize business records, documentation, and reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives.

• Assist in tracking project milestones, action items, and deliverables.

• Participate in meetings and document meeting notes, key decisions, and follow-up actions.

• Support the preparation of business metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and recommend solutions.

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

## Who we’re looking for

• Availablility for a minimum 6 months internship is required.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Human Resources, or a Supply Chain related field.

• Strong academic performance with a demonstrated interest in business operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
