PM Dishwasher

We are looking to fill the Closing Shift - must be available at least 5 days a week including weekends

The Stand - Dishwasher

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality and friendly attitude
• Passion for food
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative, and enthusiasm
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to maintain a clean kitchen, attend to special requests, and keep guests happy

*** Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities:

• Bussing tables and keeping the front and back of the house clean
• Properly washing dishes
• Taking out the trash
• Opening and closing the dishwashing station, including proper sanitization
• Receiving and organizing produce, paper goods, and dry goods
• Assisting the kitchen as needed
• Preparing food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Following recipes and presentation specifications
• Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Cleaning and maintaining a station by practicing good safety and sanitation procedures

Working Conditions:

• Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time
• Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
• Repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
• Repetitive use of hands, including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Occasional access to high storage shelving with the use of a step ladder
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
• Exposure to varying temperatures, including steam, high kitchen temperatures, humidity, freezers, refrigerators, indoor air conditioning, and outdoor/patio conditions

Schedule:

• Shift: 4PM-CLOSE
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
