Job Details:
• Part of sales team for PDES business.
• This role focuses on new business & managing existing accounts- driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and uncovering new opportunities.
• Responsible for selling software solutions & services in Product Digital Business Services.
• Experience in all facets of business development from generating leads to closing.
• Responsible for coordinating sales efforts across a cross-functional team mapping and interacting with CIOs, Chief Digital Officers, Functional Heads & Directors in the Applications space.
• Should have very good understanding of the local market should bring prior network and rolodex.

End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. Drive strategic pursuits and complex enterprise deals across target accounts.
Consultative Solution Selling: Develop a deep understanding of customer business models, domain challenges, and technology landscapes. Translate customer problems into tailored solution offerings by leveraging capabilities and broader service portfolios. Collaborate with delivery, solution, and practice teams to craft compelling, value-driven proposals.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities . Build and expand pipeline through strategic outreach, industry engagement, and ecosystem partnerships.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Establish trusted advisor relationships with CXO and senior business stakeholders. Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and account growth.
Industry Representation: Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and trade events to enhance brand visibility and pipeline generation.
Channel & Partner Strategy: Develop and execute partner and alliance strategies to expand market reach. Leverage ecosystem relationships for multi-channel demand generation
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing PDES opportunities.
• Build credible and lasting relationships with new prospects and customers for repeat business.
• Delivering sales revenue (recognized and collected) as per assigned quota quarterly.
• Maintain contact and opportunity information completely, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prospect to establish new accounts or extend business in existing accounts.
• Attend and represent various business and industry meetings and trade shows.
• Have a comprehensive channel strategy/multipoint lead generation.
• Leverage all available networks and alliances to uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Set customer expectations consistent with service offerings and delivery potential.
• Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies.
• Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication.
KRA’s
• Must meet and/or exceed quarterly targets set.
• Accurately forecast business deals to be closed.
• Support other BU BDMs to achieve the PDES targets.
• Delivering business that encompasses all service offerings

Candidates must currently work for, or have recent experience with, IT Services companies, with a strong preference for Indian-headquartered IT Services organizations.
