A Day in the Life

As a Sales Analyst Intern in the Commercial Excellence Department, you will support sales reporting, organizational structure maintenance, and commercial systems that help drive business performance.

This internship offers hands-on experience in sales operations and business analytics, where you will work with commercial data, reporting tools, and Salesforce to support data-driven decision-making. Throughout the internship, you will develop valuable analytical skills and gain insight into how commercial excellence supports healthcare innovation and patient outcomes.
 
Internship details:

• Start date: November 2026
• Location: Madrid, Spain
• Duration: 12 months (with possibility to extend for another 6 months)
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Work model: Hybrid, 2 days in the office
• Internship Agreement

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Assist in updating and maintaining sales reports and ad hoc analyses based on business needs (sales by product, therapy, territory, customer, etc.).
• Support the maintenance and updating of the sales organizational structure.
• Provide operational and analytical support to the sales force to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Assist with the administration and management of commercial tools, particularly Salesforce Lightning (SFDC), including user access management and basic issue resolution.

Required Knowledge and Skills: 

• Recently graduated or currently in the final year of studies, with graduation in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Fluency in Spanish and English (at least B1 Intermediate level), and good communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of, or familiarity with, tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, SAP BusinessObjects, and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Would be a plus:

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and teamwork skills.
• Interest in commercial operations, business analytics, information systems, and data management.
