Description
The Global Senior Manager, Integrated Fulfillment is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the planning framework used to manage ResMed’s multi-node fulfillment network. This role connects demand, inventory, capacity, distribution, transportation, customer requirements, and financial objectives into an integrated end-to-end planning process.
Reporting into Head of Global Supply Chain Solutions and Fulfillment, this role partners across Commercial, Supply Chain, Distribution Operations, Logistics, Finance, Customer Operations, Technology, and regional teams to create a common view of demand, network constraints, priorities, and trade-offs. The role enables proactive decision-making, stronger network performance, and consistent customer outcomes across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Fulfillment Planning
Design and implement an integrated fulfillment planning framework across a multi-node global network.
Translate demand into forward-looking requirements for inventory, capacity, distribution, transportation, and customer fulfillment.
Establish planning cadences, governance, decision rights, and escalation processes across functions and regions.
Connect strategic, tactical, and operational planning to create consistent and executable fulfillment plans.
Drive adoption of common assumptions, metrics, and planning inputs across the organization.
Multi-Node Network Management
Develop the framework for balancing volume, inventory, capacity, labor, transportation, and customer commitments across fulfillment nodes.
Partner with regional and distribution teams to identify constraints and develop mitigation strategies, including volume rebalancing, inventory positioning, and alternative fulfillment paths.
Define decision rules for allocating demand and orders across the network based on service, capacity, inventory, cost, and risk.
Promote network-level optimization rather than individual site or functional optimization.
Develop resiliency and contingency plans for disruptions, demand volatility, and capacity constraints.
Scenario Planning & Decision Support
Develop “what-if” scenario capabilities to evaluate changes in demand, inventory, capacity, transportation, network configuration, and customer requirements.
Facilitate cross-functional evaluation of trade-offs across service, cost, inventory, speed, and risk.
Provide leadership with clear recommendations and decision support based on operational and financial impact.
Partner with Finance to connect network decisions to cost, working capital, ROI, and P&L outcomes.
Data, Analytics & Technology
Define the data and visibility required to support integrated fulfillment planning.
Develop network-level dashboards and analytics covering demand, orders, inventory, capacity, service, and constraints.
Partner with Technology and Analytics teams to advance planning capabilities through integrated platforms, automation, advanced analytics, and AI.
Improve the quality and consistency of planning data across functions and regions.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Develop and track KPIs and OKRs that measure both node-level and total network performance.
Establish governance for reviewing risks, constraints, performance, and required decisions.
Identify systemic issues and partner with operational teams to develop scalable solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in planning maturity, moving from reactive problem solving toward proactive and predictive network management.
Leadership & Collaboration
Influence across a complex, global, matrixed organization without relying solely on direct authority.
Build strong partnerships across Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Technology, and regional teams.
Create clarity and alignment during periods of change, disruption, or competing priorities.
Foster fact-based decision-making, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Skills & Competencies
Systems Thinking: Optimizes the total network and understands end-to-end impacts.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Builds alignment across functions and regions.
Planning & Analytics: Converts demand, capacity, inventory, and operational data into actionable plans.
Problem Solving: Uses structured analysis and scenario planning to solve complex issues.
Communication & Influence: Clearly communicates trade-offs and influences decisions at multiple levels.
Business Acumen: Connects operational decisions to customer experience, cost, working capital, and P&L impact.
Change Leadership: Builds new processes, capabilities, and ways of working in a complex environment.
