The Role:

We’re looking for a Digital Director to lead full‑funnel digital strategy across the largest client base in WA. 

Get ready to drive integrated planning across Search and Social, guide clients through business challenges, and act as a strategic advisor who can simplify complexity and influence at the highest level. 

Core responsibilities:

• Lead integrated digital strategy across brand and performance channels
• Strong data literacy and an established understanding of MMM frameworks and speaking to their benefits
• Act as a senior advisor, challenging briefs and crafting clear, executive‑ready narratives
• Oversee commercial accuracy, SOW management and portfolio profitability
• Support the ELT on new business development including pitches and consultancy
• Coach and develop a high‑performing digital team
• Deliver vertical‑specific excellence across Education, Personal Finance, Lifestyle & Resources.

A bit about you:

• Established experience in a Media agency landscape, with some experience already operating at a leadership level
• Deep expertise across Search & Social is needed, with Programmatic and GMP platforms regarded as a bonus
• Strong full‑funnel thinking and channel integration skills
• Confident discussing advanced measurement and first‑party data strategies
• Proven commercial acumen managing a multi-million dollar annual budget
• A strategic storyteller who can simplify complex data
• A people leader who builds capability and navigates change
• Comfortable working across multiple fast‑moving verticals
