Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Manager Development & Onboarding
- Organize new manager onboarding and 90-day assimilation programs.
- Design and deliver manager development programs focused on people leadership, business acumen, and compliance.
- Source, curate, and manage leadership and management development curriculum, including internal and external learning solutions.
- Develop coaching and mentoring programs.

Talent Management & Processes
- Develop and execute new hire probation processes, development checkpoints, and related policies.
- Develop employee engagement and learning programs that support employee growth.
- Support the implementation of performance management programs and training.
- Administer learning policies and processes.

Learning Analytics & Communications
- Drive L&D analytics, dashboards, reporting, and program effectiveness measurement.
- Develop and execute HR and learning communications that drive awareness and engagement.
- Maintain learning portals, resource libraries, and knowledge management tools.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Programs, or related areas.
• Experience supporting onboarding, performance management, manager development, coaching, or employee development programs.
• Strong facilitation, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
