Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in the Baytown, TX area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Read fabrication drawings and mechanical layouts
- Fit and assemble mill structures guards and platforms
- Install piping hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Perform equipment modifications and shutdown jobs
- Inspect fit up dimensions and tolerances
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams
Requirements
- Must pass a drug screen
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Experience in steel or pipe manufacturing preferred
