FULL TIME
MINIMUM Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma.
Licensure: Valid Driver's License
Experience: Previous experience in a Medical Office or customer service position.
Other:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type 50 wpm.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Certifications: BLS preferred
The Medical Navigator provides personalized support throughout the patient experience, coordinating care, managing logistics, facilitating communication, and helping patients navigate treatment plans. This role ensures a smooth, efficient process while delivering exceptional service and support to patients and their families.
