Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Join PepsiCo's North America Beverage Contract Operations team and play a key role in ensuring billing accuracy, financial integrity, and exceptional customer service across our beverage network. As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will investigate and resolve post-shipment billing discrepancies, manage operational requests, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate transactions, timely resolutions, and a seamless customer experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in supply chain operations, invoicing processes, SAP migration initiatives, and data-driven decision making while supporting one of PepsiCo's largest businesses.
Your Impact
- Investigate and resolve post-shipment billing discrepancies raised by bottlers and franchise partners, validating quantities, shipments, inventory records, and delivery information.
- Ensure accurate processing of credits, debits, returns, and invoice adjustments while protecting PepsiCo's financial accuracy and compliance.
- Manage requests received through the SPA mailbox, prioritizing, tracking, and resolving inquiries within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with Inventory, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations teams to gather information, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support Reverse Logistics activities, including product returns, documentation management, and coordination with distribution centers and inventory teams.
- Process sample orders requested by Marketing and other business partners, ensuring accurate execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and customer experience.
- Utilize Excel, Power BI, and business systems to analyze data, support reporting activities, and drive process improvements.
- Contribute to ongoing business transformation initiatives, including report migrations and process enhancements as part of the SAP transition.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Advanced English required, both written and verbal.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Order Management, Billing, Inventory, or related operational environments.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and data cleansing.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, including reporting and dashboard analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
