What You'll Do

This position partners closely with Sales, Service, and Supply Chain teams to drive operational excellence across the EMEA region for Wilson. This role is responsible for optimizing inventory levels, aligning demand and supply plans, supporting commercial growth initiatives, and ensuring efficient end-to-end execution of supply chain processes. The position serves as a key link between commercial, operational, and logistics functions, driving continuous improvement and enabling high service levels for customers.

 

Specific tasks include but are not limited to:

• Serve as an operational lead within the Supply Chain organization, driving day-to-day execution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement across inventory management, demand planning, inbound logistics, and outbound operations.
• Manage inventory performance across designated product categories, ensuring optimal stock levels while balancing service, availability, and working capital objectives.
• Lead demand and supply planning activities for assigned categories, developing and maintaining accurate forecasts and replenishment strategies to support business objectives.
• Review sales orders, forecasts, and procurement plans, proactively identifying gaps and implementing adjustments to mitigate supply risks and maintain customer service levels.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for designated key accounts, ensuring effective order execution, issue resolution, and alignment between customer requirements and supply chain capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, customs, transportation, customer service, and global supply teams to coordinate inbound and outbound activities and ensure seamless product flow throughout the network.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to enhance operational workflows, improve customer experience, and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across transportation, inbound logistics, routing processes, and inventory workflows to improve efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance service performance.
• Support strategic supply chain projects, product launches, and business transformation initiatives while driving best practices and standardization across EMEA Supply Chain & Operations.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will need 3+ years’ experience in a similar Supply Chain role and have an analytical, proactive, team-based mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

• Degree-level education ideally but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar Supply Chain role ideally with 3+ years of experience
• Strong process management knowledge with an improvement mindset
• Analytical, proactive and team-based mindset
• Proven ability to identify and generate recommendations through strategic and actionable analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
• Ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels of the organization as well as external partners and accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong knowledge of Excel is essential
• Good operational SAP knowledge of the SD & MM modules
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
