Plant Manager needed in Erie, PA for a metal manufacturing company.
The Company
This manufacturing facility is looking for a talented Plant Manager to lead a team of a few salaried employees and 20 hourly employees. They have been in business for many years and have been experiencing strong organic growth throughout the last 5 years.
The Position
This dynamic company is looking for a leader who has both the technical and leadership skills required to oversee production within the facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse activities within the facility. We are looking for a hands-on leader who will be present on the plant floor.
This position will report into the Vice President onsite.
Responsibilities
- Provides site wide leadership & training
- Site safety management
- Measures and drives site wide KPI’s
- Accountable for all department costs
- Responsible for site wide Quality
- Site wide employee reviews
Compensation
