Job Description
As a Supply Demand Analyst (SDA) within Revenue Operations, you will connect customer demand, constrained supply, and revenue priorities across sales departments, company segments, logistics coordination, Demand Management, and Operations. In this role, you will analyze demand and supply signals, evaluate planning scenarios, support customer commitments, and drive cross-functional alignment to improve forecast accuracy, operational execution, and revenue performance. Your insights will enable timely decision-making, identify risks and opportunities, and help optimize the balance between customer demand and available supply.

## Responsibilities
- Analyze demand, backlog, Field Sales Forecast, Sales Lock, Sales Plan, CSP/CC, supply availability, and client assistance needs to identify risks, opportunities, and execution gaps.
- Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Analysts, Forecast Analysts, Sales, Business Units, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management, and Operations teams to align planning assumptions and execution strategies.
- Support constrained consensus and customer support planning by evaluating supply feasibility, allocation requirements, changing demand patterns, and customer commitments.
- Recommend and drive execution actions such as allocation strategies, build-ahead opportunities, pull-ins, remixes, and other supply optimization activities to improve business outcomes.
- Leverage tools such as RapidResponse, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and AI-supported solutions to perform analysis, develop reporting, improve workflows, and support data-driven decision maki

## Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or similar practical experience.
- Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, revenue operations, sales operations, finance, or other analytical business functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional collaborators.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively handling multiple priorities and ambiguity.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using RapidResponse, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar planning, reporting, and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of semiconductor, technology, manufacturing, or supply chain planning environments.
- Experience supporting constrained planning, supply-demand balancing, forecasting, and revenue management processes.
- Passion for employing AI-supported workflows and driving continuous process improvements through automation.
- Experience applying AI-assisted analytics and decision-support tools to improve business planning and operational execution.
