Analyst - Accounting Operations

What can you expect?

• A member of the Finance function who will work with accounting operations team. 
• Working closely with the onshore teams and other functional finance teams.
• Continuous mentorship – collaborate with peers as receive both formal training as well as day to day mentoring from your manager.

We will count on you to:

• Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team.
• Identify automation opportunities proactively within the process.
• Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards.
• Manage month-end / quarter-end finalization and reporting for the below processes:
  • Payroll
  • Fixed Assets
  • Inter-company
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accruals / Prepayments
  • Leases
  • Revenue
• Managing review for all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines.
• Managing audit requirements

What you need to have: 

• Any relevant Accounting degree, CA qualified preferable
• Fresher in Commerce Graduate
• Prior experience in working in similar roles

Eligibility Criteria

• Prior experience of working in Inter-co
• Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months

What makes you stand out?

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel  (Knowledge of macro preferable)
• Good Accounting knowledge
