Must have skills : SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce, SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), Contingent, SOW and Profile Worker Modules

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous adaptation to evolving project needs and close coordination with team members to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Good understanding on the Contingent, SOW and Profile Worker Modules
- Must Have Skills: Understanding on the Configuration manager in the FG.
- Must Have Skills: Good to have Administration Manager knowledge in FG.
- Must Have Skills: Report creation/analysis.
- Good knowledge on the APIs.
- Good to have integration experience with Ariba and S4 Systems.
- Good to have knowledge on the Agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills with clear expression using language with precision.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Fieldglass or related technologies is a plus.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce/SOW/Profile Worker modules.
